Device Description

WITH THE WATER SAFETY SYSTEM, YOU CAN RUN 12 TESTS AT THE SAME TIME AND ANALYZE WATER SAMPLES DIRECTLY ON THE SPOT

The Water Safety System was inspired by the Water Safety Plans (WSP) for water quality for human consumption, developed by the World Health Organization and implemented in Europe through the European Directive 2015/1787/CE.

This Directive introduces the obligation to implement a comprehensive risk assessment and management system covering the entire water supply chain. Risk controls and assessments are required to check for classical contaminants and those classified as emerging and not otherwise subject to routine scrutiny.

The Water Safety System, which includes the ICGENE Mini, may be carried in our bespoke briefcase, effectively providing a small portable laboratory which allows tests to be performed in the field and so meets the needs of those situations of prevention and warning where timely intervention is required.

The Water Safety System also links to the ICGENE WEB platform for automatic real-time transmission of results from the field to the lab.
